Pending Legislation / Bills
Pending unconstitutional legislation that should kick state sovereignty resolutions
into effect:
- Waxman-Markey Cap and Trade (S.2191?) (to double
utility bills and gasoline prices with nothing to show for it but a padding of Al Gore's bank accounts),
based on junk science of "global warming"
- Complete health care takeover (S 2863); dying persons will
be denied doctor visits (as in Canada) unless federal approval is granted - even if they wish to and can
pay with their own funds
- Mother's Act (HR 20) mothers of newborns to be given
questionnaire to see if they endorse policies of communist government; if not, they will not be allowed to take
their babies home without submitting to mind altering drugs
- Hate Crimes Bill (HR 1913, S 909): makes any criticism of
homosexualty or abortion, or claim that Christianity is superior to any other religion (even from pulpit)
a hate crime, provided only that, say, a sodomite, abortion practitioner or recipient, or a Muslim claims
to be "offended" by the speech; members of these groups will flood into churches looking for
"evidence"
- Repeal of Defense of Marriage Act - declared Obama's top
priority
-
- S 424: Gay marriage provisions hidden in ostensive
immigration bill
- Safe Food Act; HR 759, HR 814 HR 875, HR 1332, S 425,
HR 2749 (the most recent, and apparently most extreme, version): bans organic farming, even just for personal
use
-
- UN Codex (HR 1951?, also contained in HR 875 and
the like): bans natural supplements (vitamins, mineral, herbs); legalizes and even
mandates previously banned highly hazardous pesticides; makes providing of nutritional advice -
even to family members - a crime
- Union Card Check ("Employee Free Choice Act"): bans secret
balloting in union elections; destroys right to work; sets up government takeover of
unions
- Illegal Immigrant Amnesty: path to citizenship (including
voting privilege, sure to be multilplied by ACORN, Motor Voter laws) for c. 53,000,000; only 24 hours
allowed for background checks; legal expenses of invaders paid for by American taxpayer; in-state tuition;
violent gang members included
- Fairness Doctrine, "localism," local control
boards: shutting down of conservative speech on radio
- S.773 Cybersecurity Act of 2009: gives "president"
authority to shut down sites, whole web, e-mails
-
- Net Neutrality: silencing of
conservative, Constitutionalist dissent on the web
- GIVE Act: eventually compulsory service in ACORN-style
"brownshirt" camp-indoctrinated domestic military, heavily funded and probably
armed
-
- Recent corollary that will ban private
student loans, establish huge government boondoggle to dispense these, make participation in above
requirement for receipt of such loans
- HR45: end to 2nd Amendment
-
- Ammunition Accountability Act: makes ammo
prohibilitively expensive; mandates marking and traceability of all such
material
- S. 391: Graham-Wyden-Stabenow bill will create
national firearms registry
- S. 2401: McCarthy "No Fly, No Buy" bill: denies
gun purchases to anyone on "no fly" list - something notorious for false positives, mistaken
identities, etc
- Ratification of CIFTA treaty (criminalizes
even cleaning and re-assembling gun, reloading one as "illegal
manufacture")
- Ratification of Inter-American Convention against
the Illicit Manufacturing of and Trafficking in Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, and Other Related
Materials: skirts the 2nd Amendment by authorizing complete regulation, by internationalist
body - of all such materials
- SB-2099 forces taxpayers to declare all weapons on
federal tax return, pay $50 tax on each one; may require fingerprinting
- Global Poverty Act (S 2433): yet another
$1,000,000,000,000.00 plundered from American taxpayer, this to go overseas in program where only dictatorships
are eligible
- UN "Rights of the Child" Treaty ratification (removal of
all parental authority, institutionalization of pregnant minor's "right" to abortion, creation of "right" to
receive leftist brainwashing, probable banning of home schooling)
- UN Law of the Sea Treaty (Convention on the Law of the
Sea) ratification: authorizes UN to tax us directly; grants UN authority over the world's
oceans; cedes huge North Pole oil rights (which, as we got there first, are rightfully ours) to
Russia
- UN Convention on Biodiversity ratification: puts all land
use under total government (ultimately UN) control
- HR 627: credit card industry takeover; penalizing
responsible users, reward abusers
- Social Security reform: extend 12% to unlimited income,
killing most remaining possibilities of private industry as
significant employer
- North American Union, by whatever name
designated
- FOCA ("Freedom of Choice Act"): removal of all even
trivial restrictions on abortions; forcing hospitals and doctors to provide them
- H.R. 1966 ("Cyber Bullying Act"), which will prescribe
jail terms for e-mails that cause "emotional distress)
- S.787: Feingold "Clean Water Restoration Act" gives Feds
complete control of nation's waters
- H.R.1388: imports hundreds of thousands of Hamas
terrorists into US as "refugees" and subsidizes them as well
- "No Child Left Inside Act": $500,000.00 to indoctrinate
all American children in "green" (more accurately, "watermelon," as in "green on the outside, red on the
inside" ideology
- H.R. 669, the Nonnative Wildlife Invasion Prevention Act:
destroy much of the American pet shop industry, giving the federal government arbitrary control over
it
- S 1261: global human
biometrics
- HR 2076 - stops any construction on a border
fence
- HR 3170: public funding of
abortions
- HR-675 . . . Obama's Civilian National Security Force
(ACORN/Hitler-style brownshirt army where youth - especially if they want jobs, college scholarships
{restricted to government-provided} must attend 6-week-or-more indoctrination camps, return to spy on their
families, as in Cuba)
- Equal Rights Amendment: Ultra-lib Sheila Jackson Lee's
revival of '80's plan to have women digging ditches - the ne Phyllis Schlafly worked so hard to
bury
A few bills worth supporting:
- Audit of Federal Reserve
(HR1207)
- Pence prohibition of Fairness Doctrine ("Broadcast Freedom
Act" - HR 2905?)
- Shadegg bill ("Enumerated Powers Act" - HR 1359?; S
1748?) requiring citation of Constitutional authority
- Home School Legal Defense Association's Parental Rights
Amendment, negating the effects of the UN Rights of the Child Treaty (see above)
- Federal Personhood Amendment: codifies the scientifically
established fact that human life begins at conception, giving the unborn all the Constitutional protections of
the already born
- Federal Marriage Amendment: established marriage as
strictly between on man and on woman
- HR 2287: Rohrbacher bill to exclude illegals from Social
Security benefits
- S.992 (National Language Act of 2009): would remove
stipulations that all federal documents be published in languages other than
English
- H.R.397: Rep Randy Forbes' Spiritual Heritage Resolution,
to undo the spiritual damage done by Obama's declaration we are not a Christian
nation
- Rep. Jim Jordan's (R-Ohio) and Rep. Dan Boren's
(D-Okla.): "D.C. Defense of Marriage Act," which voids DC City Council's decision to recognize sodomite
"marriages" performed in states where they've been legalized
- Rep. Nathan Deal's (R-GA) Birthright Citizenship Act of
2009 (H.R.1868): ends "anchor baby" (babies born to illegal alien others and fathers)
citizenship
- HR 878, by
Phil Gingrey (R-GA) would eliminate the entitlement of some adult relatives of immigrants to come to the U.S.
This chain migration is the driving force behind our huge levels of legal immigration
- Bi-partisan energy bill, "Open Fuel Standard Act" (S.3303,
HR 6559) - not good, in that it opens up no oil or natural gas drilling, no shale or coal mining, no new
refineries or nuke plants, but does have some positive steps toward cheaply adapting cars to
"alternative" fuels
- Fair tax (HR-25): good because it closes IRS, ends income
tax; not so good in that it gives federal government ability to levy retail sales tax, does not necessarily ban
unconstitutional spending, government overreach, return nation to previous funding methods like tariffs,
collections from individual states; at least it's better than the confiscatory, incentive-destroying,
graduated, mostly non-indexed to inflation system we have now, and it would work well in conjunction with,
say, strict enforcement of Shadegg bill and elimination of Federal Reserve
- HR 49: Local Radio Freedom Act: opposes proposal to tax
radio stations for every song they play (monies would not go to artists/sonngwritiers - they already pay
royalties in this regard), but to the federal government. This bill would stop
this
- H Res 615: Rep John Fleming's (R, LA) resolution to force
those congress member who vote for ObamaCare to partake in it
